European Community of Practice

This self-evaluation model helps project promotors and partners to assess quality of project management and project execution. It consists of a blanks tool in Excel, completed with a manual in pdf. The result is a chart containing scores on several management aspects, a graphical presentation of the results as well as an action plan featuring actions, responsabilities and timing. It is no extra control system imposed from outside or a labelling system for organisations, but a free and useful tool for project management evaluation and improvement.

The Standards are organized in two groups:

1 - General Standards (related to organizational competencies like results orientation; etc.)

2 - Specific Standards (related to the training cycle)
