Location(s)

A three day event will be held in Lisbon, marking a transition phase in the EQUAL and ESF programme in Portugal. All the CoPs and EQUAL projects will be coming together to meet and share experiences and products. As a complement to the protocol for the identification of good practices, this tool gives practical guidance on how to transfer a selected best practice into an area needing improvement.

The atached document has a good theory based context, but most important, has an Anex with the step-by-step transfer process.

These notes came from an interview with Steering Group members of the CoP on Innovation Mainstreaming with a view to getting some simple answers to commonly asked questions:

What's Equal?
Its an international European social initiative, aiming to develop innovative solutions to common social problems, making the knowledge of those same solutions available to anyone that might need them.

How can I get Equal suport?
Equal only work directly with organizations.

Beware! Here we assemble the best practices and instruments springing from all the management instruments the Equal programme has come up with in the last seven years. You could think it is all about the past, about a European objective you can forget about now. That would be a pity. Actually, we are selecting the very best tools you can use IN FUTURE.
