A hands-on meeting where we will prepare to launch the first CoPIM newsletter.

Proposed agenda 

1. Reflection on the to-do list from the last Steering Group meeting.

2. Joint preparation of the first InnCoP newsletter to be written and
launched by the end of the day. The type of articles we will be
preparing for the newsletter are:

• what are we offering
• what is the context
• who is the intended audience
• a summary of the tools we already have
• what is a community of practice
• a summary of some of the tools
• first-hand accounts of people who have used some of the tools
• national perspectives/news
• steps to take on how to join CoP (contact person, procedure)

Please prepare for the meeting by collecting at least one story from
someone who has used one of your tools. What was their context? How
did it help them? What challenges did it present?
